As Director of Technology, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the technology vision, leading global teams, and ensuring seamless execution across systems, platforms, and innovation programs. This role demands both strategic foresight and hands-on leadership, balancing innovation with enterprise-grade reliability.
What You’ll Own

Technology Strategy: Define, implement, and oversee multi-year technology roadmaps aligned with corporate growth.

Infrastructure Leadership: Direct the management of global IT systems, cloud platforms, and data centers to ensure scalability and security.

Digital Transformation: Lead initiatives modernizing core platforms, integrating automation, and embedding analytics.

Cybersecurity & Compliance: Ensure robust security, risk management, and compliance with international standards.

Vendor & Ecosystem Management: Manage global partnerships with technology providers, negotiating cost-efficient and innovative solutions.

Innovation & R&D: Champion new technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, IoT) that deliver measurable business value.

Team Development: Mentor and build high-performing global engineering and IT teams.

Executive Engagement: Provide updates on technology strategy, KPIs, and innovation progress to the CIO, CEO, and Board.
What We’re Looking For

15+ years of progressive leadership in IT, enterprise technology, or engineering, with at least 7+ years in senior leadership roles.

Proven success in enterprise technology, SaaS, or global Fortune 500 organizations.

Expertise in cloud ecosystems (AWS, Azure, GCP), cybersecurity, digital infrastructure, and automation.

Strong knowledge of ERP, enterprise applications, and data governance frameworks.

Advanced degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or MBA preferred.

Executive presence with strong communication, negotiation, and Board-level influencing experience.

Demonstrated ability to lead large, cross-functional global teams in fast-paced environments.
Strategic Support
The Director of Technology serves as a strategic partner to the CIO and executive leadership team, ensuring technology fuels innovation and scalability. Key responsibilities include:

Partnering with Finance, Operations, and Product to ensure technology initiatives support corporate priorities.

Working Conditions

Compensation and Benefits

Base Salary: $277,000 – $336,000
