Job Description
About the Organization
We are a U.S.-based renewable energy infrastructure enterprise leading the development, financing, and operation of utility-scale solar, onshore wind, battery storage, green hydrogen, and smart grid modernization projects across North America.
Operating in a capital-intensive and policy-sensitive industry, our organization partners with federal and state agencies, institutional investors, and major utilities to accelerate the clean energy transition. With multi-billion-dollar project portfolios and expanding grid-scale assets, environmental stewardship, regulatory compliance, and ESG transparency are core to our operational credibility and long-term growth.
As climate regulation intensifies and investor scrutiny increases around sustainability reporting, we are seeking a strategic Director of Sustainability to lead enterprise-wide ESG governance, carbon reduction strategy, regulatory compliance alignment, and sustainability innovation initiatives fully remote within the United States.
This is not a compliance-only role. This is a cross-enterprise sustainability transformation mandate.
