Job Description

About the Role

At enterprise scale, revenue performance is no longer driven by sales alone; it is the result of a tightly aligned strategy, data, systems, and execution across the entire go-to-market engine. We are seeking a Director of Revenue Operations to architect and lead the operating backbone that powers predictable growth, scalable execution, and executive-level visibility across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance.

This role is designed for a leader who understands how to turn complexity into clarity. You will own the end-to-end revenue operations model, unifying planning, forecasting, pipeline management, systems, analytics, and process governance across global teams. Your work will directly influence how revenue is planned, measured, and accelerated at scale.

Partnering closely with the CRO, CFO, CMO, and Product leadership, the Director of Revenue Operations will ensure that strategy translates into execution through disciplined operating rhythms, trusted data, and modern revenue technology. This includes advancing AI-enabled forecasting, pipeline intelligence, and automation to improve speed, accuracy, and accountability.

This is not an administrative ops role. It is a mandate to build revenue operations as a strategic advantage, one that improves performance today while enabling long-term, scalable growth.

  • Drive automation and AI-enabled insights to improve forecasting, deal management, and go-to-market efficiency.

  • Define KPIs and dashboards that provide real-time visibility into revenue performance and risks.

  • Oversee territory planning, capacity models, compensation support, and quota governance.

  • Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing revenue operations team.

Job Qualifications and Requirements

  • 10–15+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, business operations, or go-to-market strategy roles.

  • Highly analytical and comfortable working with complex data sets.

  • Strong influence skills and ability to align cross-functional stakeholders.

  • Detail-oriented without losing sight of the bigger picture.

  • Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-growth environments.

  • Clear, confident communicator with executive presence.

Strategic Support

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to the CRO and executive leadership on revenue performance and growth strategy.

  • Support annual and long-range planning, revenue targets, and investment decisions.

  • Partner with Finance on forecasting alignment, reporting, and revenue integrity.

  • Enable go-to-market transformation initiatives through process and system modernization.

  • Support M&A integration and scaling of revenue operations when applicable.
