About the Role
In modern enterprises, marketing analytics is no longer about reporting past performance. We are seeking a Director of Marketing Analytics to lead analytics, measurement, and insight generation across a large, data-driven organization operating at scale.
This role is designed for a senior analytics leader who understands how to connect marketing activity to customer behavior, revenue outcomes, and long-term value creation. The Director of Marketing Analytics will own the full marketing intelligence ecosystem, including attribution, experimentation, forecasting, and executive insight delivery.
You will partner closely with Marketing, Sales, Product, Finance, and Data teams to transform complex data into clear, actionable guidance for leadership. Your mandate is to move the organization beyond descriptive dashboards into predictive and decision-oriented analytics that directly influence growth strategy.
This is not a reporting function. It is a mandate to build marketing analytics as a strategic growth engine that informs where and how the enterprise invests.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Define and execute enterprise-wide marketing analytics and measurement strategy

Build and govern attribution models and marketing ROI frameworks

Integrate data across marketing, sales, customer, and revenue platforms

Partner with Marketing leadership on budget allocation and optimization

Lead experimentation, testing, and advanced analytics initiatives

Deliver executive-level insights and strategic recommendations

Develop predictive models for demand, pipeline, and revenue growth

Establish KPIs, dashboards, and data governance standards

Lead and develop high-performing analytics and data science teams

Ensure data quality, consistency, and analytical rigor across markets
Job Qualifications and Requirements

12 to 15 plus years of experience in marketing analytics, growth analytics, or data leadership

Proven success leading analytics teams in enterprise or high-growth environments

Deep expertise in attribution modeling, experimentation, and performance measurement

Experience working with large datasets and analytics platforms

Ability to translate complex analysis into executive-ready insights

Strong business acumen and understanding of marketing and revenue dynamics

Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred
