As the Director of Innovations, you will lead exploratory initiatives, pilot emerging technologies, establish innovation frameworks, and guide multi-team projects that shape the future direction of the organisation. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Lead innovation strategy and oversee end-to-end delivery of innovation programmes across the organisation.

Identify opportunities for new technologies, digital capabilities, automation models, and process optimisation.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate, design, and pilot new solutions.

Oversee innovation roadmaps, research cycles, experimentation plans, and prototype development.

Guide adoption of emerging technologies including AI, ML, analytics platforms, automation tools, and next-generation software capabilities.

Establish frameworks for evaluation, success criteria, stakeholder alignment, and programme impact measurement.

Support internal innovation culture through workshops, design sprints, capability-building sessions, and cross-team ideation.

Present innovation recommendations, business cases, and strategic insights to senior leadership.

Lead governance, reporting structures, and communication for innovation portfolios.

Manage partnerships with vendors, technology partners, and research institutions.
Job Qualifications and Requirements

10+ years of experience in Innovation Leadership, Digital Transformation, R&D, Strategy, or Product/Technology roles.

Background in modern technology environments including SaaS, AI/ML, enterprise digital systems, or emerging technology fields.

Strong understanding of innovation methodologies, experimentation frameworks, and research processes.

Experience leading cross-functional teams and multi-stakeholder initiatives.

Strong analytical, conceptual, and strategic planning abilities.

Bachelor’s degree required; advanced technical or business degrees preferred.

Experience presenting insights, prototypes, or research findings to senior leaders.

Working Conditions
