⚙️ Director of Engineering

Industry: U.S. Enterprise Artificial Intelligence & Autonomous Systems Platform
Senior Executive Leadership | Reports to: Chief Technology Officer
Location: Remote – United States

About the Organization

We are a U.S.-based enterprise AI and autonomous systems company delivering mission-critical machine learning platforms, real-time decision engines, robotics control systems, and advanced data processing infrastructure to Fortune 500 organizations across logistics, defense-adjacent manufacturing, healthcare technology, and smart infrastructure sectors.

Our technology ecosystem integrates distributed cloud-native architectures, embedded AI models, edge computing, predictive analytics engines, and secure API frameworks operating at scale. With multi-region deployments and complex integration requirements, engineering precision and architectural scalability are foundational to our product reliability and market leadership.

As enterprise demand accelerates and product complexity increases, disciplined engineering governance, scalable development frameworks, and forward-looking architectural leadership are central to sustaining innovation velocity and system reliability.

We are seeking a strategic Director of Engineering to lead national engineering operations, platform architecture governance, AI integration oversight, and multi-disciplinary development teams, fully remote within the United States.

This is not a feature-delivery oversight role. This is an enterprise-scale technical leadership mandate.
