About the Role

We are seeking a Director of Digital Transformation to lead enterprise-wide initiatives that modernize business processes, enhance operational efficiency, and enable innovation across technology platforms and business units. This role is designed for a senior digital leader who thrives at the intersection of strategy, technology, and operations, driving measurable business impact through digital solutions.

The Director of Digital Transformation will collaborate closely with executive leadership to define and execute digital strategies, automation programs, and technology roadmaps that enhance competitiveness, customer experience, and organizational agility. This position carries high visibility and strategic influence, reporting directly to senior executives and driving initiatives across global operations.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead enterprise-wide digital transformation programs, including process re-engineering, automation, and technology adoption

  • Collaborate with IT, Operations, Finance, and Business Units to implement scalable digital solutions

  • Define metrics, KPIs, and dashboards to measure transformation impact, adoption, and ROI

  • Partner with executive leadership to develop strategic roadmaps for digital innovation

  • Drive change management initiatives to ensure alignment, adoption, and sustainable transformation

  • Manage cross-functional teams, vendors, and consultants to deliver digital programs on time and within budget

  • Evaluate emerging technologies, AI, and automation tools to drive competitive advantage

  • Develop executive-level presentations and reports to inform stakeholders on progress, risks, and outcomes


Job Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred)

  • 10+ years of experience in digital transformation, technology strategy, or enterprise innovation

  • Proven experience leading complex, multi-unit transformation programs

  • Strong knowledge of enterprise systems, cloud platforms, automation tools, and emerging technologies

  • Experience managing cross-functional teams and driving organizational change

  • Demonstrated ability to deliver measurable business outcomes through technology-enabled initiatives

Compensation & Benefits

Total Compensation Range: $210,000 – $305,000 USD annually
