Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Lead enterprise strategy development, including multi-year planning, priority setting, and organizational alignment.

Develop strategic frameworks, business cases, financial models, and scenario analyses to support executive decision-making.

Partner with leaders across Technology, Product, Operations, and Finance to support major strategic initiatives.

Guide cross-functional teams through strategic programs, ensuring alignment between business needs and execution plans.

Lead strategic reviews, portfolio assessments, and investment allocation analyses.

Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory landscapes to anticipate future opportunities.

Prepare executive presentations, board updates, and strategic communications.

Support corporate transformation efforts including operational modernization, digital acceleration, and customer experience enhancements.

Serve as a strategic advisor on organisation-wide initiatives, identifying risks, dependencies, and long-term implications.
Job Qualifications and Requirements

10+ years of experience in Strategy, Management Consulting, Business Planning, or Corporate Development.

Experience within technology, SaaS, digital innovation, enterprise platforms, or large-scale operations.

Advanced conceptual and analytical skills with the ability to translate insights into strategic recommendations.

Strong financial modeling, business case development, and forecasting skills.

Proven ability to influence senior leaders and communicate complex concepts clearly.

Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred.

Partner with Finance to strengthen forecasting, performance tracking, and investment decisions.

Support mergers, partnerships, or expansion assessments when aligned with organisational priorities.

Lead enterprise-wide workshops, strategic planning sessions, and scenario planning exercises.
Working Conditions

Compensation & Benefits
