About the Role

In today’s enterprise environment, marketing is no longer a communications function; it is a growth architect, brand steward, and demand engine. We are seeking a Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead global marketing strategy for a complex, high-growth organization operating across multiple markets, customer segments, and channels.

This role is designed for a senior executive who understands how to unify brand, demand, product marketing, and customer insight into a single, scalable growth system. The CMO will own the full marketing ecosystem brand strategy, go-to-market execution, demand generation, digital marketing, lifecycle engagement, and marketing analytics,s ensuring marketing directly fuels revenue growth, market leadership, and long-term enterprise value.

As a core member of the executive leadership team, the CMO will partner closely with the CEO, Chief Financial & Growth Officer, Product, Sales, and Technology leaders to shape enterprise strategy. You will modernize the marketing operating model, elevate brand positioning, and embed data, AI, and performance measurement into every stage of the customer journey.

This is not a brand-only or demand-only role. It is a mandate to build marketing as a measurable, enterprise-grade growth capability, one that scales globally and adapts to changing markets with speed and discipline.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Define and execute a global marketing strategy aligned with enterprise growth and brand objectives.

  • Own brand positioning, narrative, and market differentiation across all regions and channels.

  • Lead demand generation, digital marketing, lifecycle marketing, and customer acquisition strategies.

  • Partner with Sales and Product on go-to-market strategy, launches, and pipeline acceleration.

  • Establish marketing analytics, attribution, and ROI frameworks tied directly to revenue outcomes.

  • Oversee marketing technology, automation, personalization, and data platforms.

  • Drive customer insight, segmentation, and value-based messaging across the lifecycle.

  • Build and lead a world-class global marketing organization and leadership team.

  • Manage agency, vendor, and partner relationships with performance accountability.

  • Report marketing performance, growth impact, and brand health to executive leadership and the Board.


Job Qualifications and Requirements

  • 15+ years of senior marketing leadership experience, including CMO or equivalent roles.

  • Proven success leading global marketing organizations in enterprise or high-growth environments.

  • Strong background in brand strategy, demand generation, and data-driven marketing.

  • Experience aligning marketing with revenue, growth, and financial outcomes.

  • Deep understanding of digital channels, marketing technology, and analytics.

  • Demonstrated ability to partner with Sales, Product, and Finance at the executive level.

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

  • Collaborate with Technology and Data leaders on AI-enabled marketing capabilities.

  • Support M&A integration, brand alignment, and market repositioning efforts.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: $365,000 – $430,000
