As Chief Marketing Officer, you will have the unique opportunity to shape global marketing strategy, elevate brand presence, and drive enterprise growth through innovation, customer-first campaigns, and performance-driven marketing.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS)

  • Enterprise Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute global marketing strategies that position the company as an industry leader.

  • Brand Leadership: Elevate and expand the brand’s presence across digital, traditional, and experiential channels.

  • Customer Engagement: Drive data-driven campaigns that increase customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value.

  • Digital Innovation: Oversee digital transformation of marketing functions, leveraging AI, automation, and analytics.

  • Market Expansion: Partner with Sales and Product to design campaigns that support market entry, growth, and revenue acceleration.

  • Communication & PR: Manage corporate communications, thought leadership, and media relations at the global level.

  • Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and inspire high-performing marketing teams worldwide.

  • Executive Reporting: Deliver marketing performance, ROI insights, and forecasts directly to the CEO and Board of Directors.

Qualifications, Special Knowledge, Education, and Abilities

  • 18+ years of progressive marketing leadership, with at least 7+ years in C-suite or senior executive roles.

  • Proven success in technology, consumer services, or global Fortune 500 enterprises.

  • Expertise in digital marketing, branding, communications, and customer analytics.

  • Strong knowledge of omnichannel strategies, AI-driven marketing platforms, and data privacy compliance.

  • Advanced degree in Marketing, Business, or MBA preferred.

  • Exceptional executive presence with Board-level influencing experience.

  • Demonstrated success leading global, cross-functional teams in dynamic markets.

Strategic Support

The Chief Marketing Officer serves as a strategic partner to the CEO and executive committee, ensuring marketing drives enterprise growth, customer loyalty, and competitive differentiation. Key contributions include:

  • Advising on capital allocation for brand development, campaigns, and digital innovation.

  • Partnering with Product and Sales leaders to align marketing with revenue and customer success goals.

  • Supporting M&A integration by ensuring consistent brand and communication strategies.

  • Driving ESG commitments by embedding sustainable and ethical marketing practices.

Working Conditions

  • Remote role with periodic travel for executive meetings, industry conferences, and global marketing events.

  • Requires flexibility to manage marketing teams and campaigns across multiple time zones.
