Job Function

The Chief Executive Officer will define and execute the company’s long-term strategic vision, drive global operational performance, strengthen shareholder value, and lead organizational transformation in a rapidly evolving robotics and AI landscape.

The CEO will oversee all corporate functions, including global operations, R&D, finance, corporate strategy, investor relations, risk management, and international market expansion.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Define and execute a multi-year corporate growth strategy aligned with global robotics and AI innovation trends

  • Lead enterprise transformation initiatives focused on automation, scalability, and digital integration

  • Drive revenue growth, margin expansion, and global market penetration

  • Oversee R&D acceleration and commercialization of next-generation autonomous robotics platforms

  • Strengthen operational excellence across global manufacturing and supply chain networks

  • Lead strategic acquisitions and integration of complementary technologies

  • Cultivate a high-performance executive leadership team

  • Represent the organization with institutional investors, global regulators, and strategic partners

  • Ensure compliance with international regulatory, safety, and ethical AI standards

  • Develop a long-term capital allocation strategy and financial discipline

  • Maintain strong corporate governance and Board engagement

  • Oversee ESG and sustainability commitments within industrial automation ecosystems


Strategic Support

  • Partner with the Board of Directors to define corporate direction and governance priorities

  • Guide global expansion into emerging markets and regulated sectors

  • Drive innovation partnerships with AI research institutions and advanced engineering firms

  • Lead digital transformation across operational and customer ecosystems

  • Strengthen investor confidence and public market positioning (if applicable)

  • Establish long-term competitive positioning in the intelligent automation industry


Job Qualifications and Requirements

  • 20+ years of executive leadership experience in robotics, advanced manufacturing, AI, or industrial technology

  • Proven track record leading global organizations exceeding $1B+ in annual revenue

  • Demonstrated success in scaling operations across international markets

  • Strong experience in M&A strategy and integration

  • Deep understanding of AI, robotics engineering, and automation ecosystems

  • Experience engaging with institutional investors and public markets preferred

  • Exceptional financial acumen and capital allocation expertise

  • Advanced degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field preferred

Compensation & Benefits

Total Executive Compensation Package: $345,000 – $460,000 USD
