Job Description

About the Company

We are a global wealth management and institutional asset management firm overseeing more than $850B in assets under management across private wealth, sovereign funds, pension institutions, endowments, and ultra-high-net-worth advisory platforms.

Our services span portfolio management, alternative investments, private equity, real assets, structured products, ESG-focused strategies, and digital advisory solutions. Operating in highly regulated global markets, we maintain long-standing relationships with institutional investors, family offices, and multinational financial intermediaries.

As client expectations evolve toward personalization, transparency, digital engagement, and performance accountability, we are seeking a strategic Chief Client Officer (CCO) to lead global client experience, retention, growth, and strategic relationship management at enterprise scale.

This is not a relationship management oversight role. This is a client-centric transformation mandate.

Job Function

The Chief Client Officer will architect and lead the firm’s global client strategy across institutional, private wealth, and strategic intermediary channels. This executive will oversee client engagement frameworks, service delivery standards, retention strategies, cross-sell growth initiatives, and digital client experience modernization.
