Job Description
About the Role
At enterprise scale, product leadership is no longer about managing roadmaps; it is about orchestrating strategy, execution, and long-term value creation across complex product ecosystems. We are seeking a Vice President of Product to lead product vision, portfolio strategy, and delivery for a suite of high-impact digital platforms serving global customers and internal stakeholders.
This role is designed for a senior product executive who understands how to balance customer obsession, commercial outcomes, and execution discipline. The VP of Product will own the end-to-end product lifecycle from vision and investment prioritization through delivery, launch, and lifecycle optimization, ensuring product decisions directly support enterprise strategy, growth, and customer value.
As a core member of the executive leadership team, you will partner closely with Engineering, Design, Data, Sales, Marketing, and Finance leaders to shape how products are conceived, funded, built, and measured at scale. You will establish outcome-driven product operating models, introduce rigor in prioritization, and create accountability for measurable business impact.
This is not a portfolio maintenance role. It is a mandate to build product management as a strategic enterprise capability, one that accelerates innovation, improves time-to-market, and delivers sustained competitive advantage.
