With more than fifteen years of serving and delighting customers in the Healthcare, Manufacturing  and High-Tech sectors,  I have had the benefit of responsibility for global teams in the following disciplines: Sales, IT, Operations, Program/Project Management, Customer Service, Customer Success, Customer Support and Product Support and Management.

 

As a firm believer in continuing to personally improve, I have completed the following certifications: Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, PMP, ITIL 4, Scaled Agile.

 

Through my operations background, I have achieved a 40% reduction in operational costs by implementing improved processes and introducing technological innovations. I have also been responsible for cultivating relationships with key suppliers, establishing long-term contracts, and negotiating favorable terms that contributed to the profitability and sustainability of business.

 

I am a change agent with a knack for turning around troubled organizations and improving employee engagement and satisfaction.  Most recently, as the Vice President of Platform and Product Support and Services for Highmark Health I realized an increase of 79% in annual Employee Engagement Gallup scores by forming and leading 3 individual engagement councils to improve the work environments.

 

A dedication to cross-functional collaboration and continuous improvement, combined with an ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, has resulted in successful projects completed under time and budget constraints.
