The Senior Vice President, Operations will play a mission-critical role in overseeing enterprise-wide operational excellence. As a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, the SVP Operations will transform how we deliver value to customers, scale manufacturing and logistics networks, and ensure resilience in an era of rapid change and global competition.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions)

  • Operational Leadership: Direct global operations across manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, and logistics with accountability for cost, quality, and efficiency.

  • Process Excellence: Champion Lean, Six Sigma, and digital operations to drive continuous improvement and efficiency.

  • Enterprise Scalability: Oversee expansion of facilities, technologies, and teams to support sustained growth across geographies.

  • Risk & Resilience: Build systems for operational resilience, including risk mitigation, business continuity, and supply chain security.

  • Cross-Functional Integration: Partner with Product, Technology, Finance, and HR leaders to align operations with enterprise objectives.

  • Sustainability & ESG: Embed environmental responsibility and sustainability into operational practices and supply chain networks.

  • Board & Executive Reporting: Provide regular operational insights and recommendations to the CEO, CFO, and Board of Directors.

  • Talent Development: Build, mentor, and retain high-performing operational leaders to support organizational excellence.


Qualifications, Special Knowledge, Education and Abilities

  • 18+ years of progressive leadership in operations, manufacturing, or global supply chain, including 8+ years at the executive level.

  • Proven success leading enterprise-scale operations in Fortune 500 or multinational organizations.

  • Deep knowledge of global supply chain networks, manufacturing best practices, and digital transformation.

  • Expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, and operational excellence frameworks.

  • Exceptional ability to influence at the C-suite and Board level.

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree in Operations Management, Engineering, or Business Administration strongly preferred.

  • Strong financial acumen with experience managing multi-billion-dollar P&L responsibilities.

  • Demonstrated ability to drive transformation, resilience, and sustainability in complex environments.

The SVP Operations is a key strategic advisor to the CEO and Board, ensuring operational performance is a competitive advantage and growth driver. Responsibilities include:
