As Director of Program Management, you will lead multi-disciplinary teams executing enterprise-wide initiatives, from technology modernization to digital transformation and operational excellence. This is a high-visibility leadership role with exposure to the C-suite, Board, and global stakeholders.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

  • Enterprise Program Leadership: Oversee multiple large-scale, cross-functional programs aligned to corporate priorities.

  • Governance & Delivery: Establish charters, KPIs, dashboards, and governance structures to ensure programs are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.

  • Executive Engagement: Present updates, risks, and performance metrics to C-suite executives and the Board of Directors.

  • Risk & Compliance Oversight: Ensure programs comply with global security, regulatory, and operational standards.

  • Change & Transformation: Lead organizational change management across global teams to embed new ways of working.

  • Budget & ROI Management: Manage program budgets, forecasts, and ensure measurable ROI on program investments.

  • Innovation Integration: Drive the use of emerging tools, digital platforms, and agile practices to improve efficiency.

  • Team Development: Mentor and guide program managers, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.

Qualifications, Special Knowledge, Education and Abilities

  • 15+ years of progressive experience in program management, technology transformation, or enterprise operations, with 7+ years in senior leadership.

  • Proven success in global Fortune 500 organizations or large-scale enterprise initiatives.

  • Strong expertise in program governance, financial stewardship, and large-scale change management.

  • PMP, PgMP, or SAFe certification strongly preferred.

  • Advanced degree (MBA, Engineering, or related field) highly desirable.

  • Exceptional communication, influencing, and leadership skills with demonstrated ability to present to C-suite and Board-level executives.

  • Track record of managing multi-million-dollar programs with global, cross-functional teams.

Strategic Support

The Director of Program Management acts as a strategic advisor and execution leader, ensuring enterprise programs deliver against growth, transformation, and operational excellence goals. Contributions include:

  • Supporting C-suite leaders with capital allocation and program prioritization decisions.

  • Aligning M&A integrations and post-acquisition programs with corporate objectives.

  • Partnering with Finance, Operations, and IT to ensure strategic initiatives are scalable and sustainable.

  • Embedding ESG, compliance, and digital-first practices into global program delivery.

Working Conditions

  • Remote role with periodic travel to headquarters, regional offices, and program sites.

  • Requires flexibility to work across multiple time zones in support of global initiatives.

  • Operates in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment requiring precision, foresight, and resilience.

  • Direct accountability for program execution and outcomes at enterprise scale.
