I am excited to express my interest in the Chief Diversity & Inclusion Officer role. With over 25 years as a DEI and EEO practitioner across higher education, public, and corporate sectors, I bring a proven record of developing and scaling inclusive strategies that bridge compliance, culture, and innovation. I have previously held the role as Head of Diversity Inclusion Culture and Equity for an energy tech company in the Bay Area. Currently serving as both the Diversity and Organizational Culture leader for a non -profit and as an adjunct professor and department equity representative. I am also completing my doctorate in Education with a focus on inclusive curriculum sciences, I pair academic insight with executive-level DEI leadership experience. My expertise in workforce development, policy compliance, data-driven accountability, and community engagement uniquely positions me to advance enterprise-wide DEIB strategy and foster a culture of belonging that drives both business outcomes and social impact.
