What You’ll Own

Digital Transformation Strategy: Define, execute, and scale enterprise-wide digital transformation programs aligned with corporate objectives.

What We’re Looking For

18+ years of progressive leadership in digital transformation, IT strategy, or enterprise technology, with at least 7+ years in C-suite or senior executive roles.

Proven success in technology, financial services, or Fortune 500 enterprises.

Deep expertise in cloud ecosystems (AWS, Azure, GCP), AI/ML, automation, and cybersecurity.

Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks, risk management, and enterprise governance.

Advanced degree in Business, Technology, or MBA preferred.

Exceptional executive presence with Board-level communication and influencing skills.

Strategic Support
The Chief Digital Transformation Officer serves as a strategic advisor to the CEO, CIO, and Board, ensuring digital initiatives align with enterprise growth and market leadership. Key responsibilities include:

Compensation and Benefits

Base Salary: $355,000 – $423,000
