What You’ll Own

  • Digital Transformation Strategy: Define, execute, and scale enterprise-wide digital transformation programs aligned with corporate objectives.

  • Technology Integration: Drive adoption of cloud platforms, data analytics, cybersecurity frameworks, and automation tools across global operations.

  • Process Modernization: Oversee re-engineering of core business processes for scalability, efficiency, and compliance.

  • Customer-Centric Innovation: Ensure digital solutions enhance client engagement, operational speed, and trust.

  • Global Program Management: Lead cross-functional programs that integrate IT, Finance, Operations, HR, and Customer Success.

  • Risk & Resilience: Embed security, data privacy, and regulatory compliance into every transformation initiative.

  • Talent & Culture Development: Build a future-ready workforce by fostering digital-first leadership, reskilling, and culture adoption.

  • Executive & Board Engagement: Present transformation milestones, ROI, and innovation pipelines to the CEO and Board of Directors.

What We’re Looking For

  • 18+ years of progressive leadership in digital transformation, IT strategy, or enterprise technology, with at least 7+ years in C-suite or senior executive roles.

  • Proven success in technology, financial services, or Fortune 500 enterprises.

  • Deep expertise in cloud ecosystems (AWS, Azure, GCP), AI/ML, automation, and cybersecurity.

  • Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks, risk management, and enterprise governance.

  • Advanced degree in Business, Technology, or MBA preferred.

  • Exceptional executive presence with Board-level communication and influencing skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead global, multi-disciplinary teams in complex transformation programs.

Strategic Support

The Chief Digital Transformation Officer serves as a strategic advisor to the CEO, CIO, and Board, ensuring digital initiatives align with enterprise growth and market leadership. Key responsibilities include:

  • Advising on capital allocation for digital investments, innovation, and enterprise platforms.

  • Partnering with Operations and Finance to accelerate enterprise-wide digital roadmaps.

  • Driving ESG and sustainability objectives through responsible digital practices and energy-efficient IT solutions.

  • Supporting M&A integration by aligning technology and business processes across acquired entities.

Working Conditions

  • Remote role with periodic travel to global offices, innovation hubs, and executive summits.

  • Requires flexibility across international time zones to manage transformation programs.

  • High-visibility C-suite role with direct accountability for enterprise-wide digital initiatives.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Base Salary: $355,000 – $423,000

  • Performance Bonus: Annual incentives tied to transformation outcomes and corporate performance.
