PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS)

Global Distribution Strategy: Lead the design and execution of global distribution strategies to support business growth, scalability, and market expansion.

Operational Leadership: Oversee daily operations of distribution centers, hubs, and logistics functions across multiple geographies.

Technology & Automation: Champion the use of automation, robotics, AI, and digital platforms to improve speed, accuracy, and efficiency.

Cost Optimization: Develop cost-reduction strategies while maintaining quality, safety, and delivery standards.

Risk & Compliance: Ensure all distribution operations adhere to regulatory, environmental, and safety standards globally.

Vendor & Partner Management: Negotiate contracts with logistics providers, carriers, and distribution partners to optimize service and cost.

Talent Development: Build, mentor, and inspire high-performing distribution and operations teams worldwide.

Executive Reporting: Present distribution performance, metrics, and improvement initiatives directly to the COO, CEO, and Board of Directors.
Qualifications, Special Knowledge, Education, and Abilities

15+ years of progressive leadership in Distribution, Supply Chain, or Operations, with at least 7+ years in senior or executive roles.

Proven success in consumer goods, logistics, manufacturing, or global supply chain enterprises.

Expertise in distribution networks, warehouse management systems (WMS), transportation management systems (TMS), and supply chain automation.

Strong financial acumen with experience managing large-scale budgets and multi-site distribution networks.

Advanced degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or MBA preferred.

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and executive presence with Board-level experience.

Demonstrated ability to lead global, cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.
Strategic Support
