The Technical Project Manager will be responsible for leading the planning, execution, and delivery of complex technical projects across multiple teams and geographies. This role ensures that technology initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.

This position requires a strong blend of technical understanding, program management expertise, and stakeholder leadership, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams in fast-paced enterprise environments.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of technical projects across cloud, software, and enterprise systems.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation across multiple teams.
• Coordinate with engineering, product, QA, and operations teams to ensure the successful execution of deliverables.
• Develop detailed project plans, roadmaps, and execution frameworks.
• Track project progress using Agile, Scrum, or hybrid methodologies.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, dependencies, and delivery bottlenecks.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, security requirements, and compliance frameworks.
• Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes and operational efficiency.

Job Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• 7–12+ years of experience in technical project management or program management roles.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Experience managing large-scale enterprise or cloud-based technology projects.
• Familiarity with DevOps, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), and enterprise systems.
• Proficiency with project management tools (Jira, MS Project, Asana, or equivalent).
• PMP, Scrum Master, or equivalent certification preferred.

• Compensation Package: $270,000 – $374,000 base + performance bonus + incentives
