The Finance Manager will play a critical role in supporting financial planning, reporting, and analysis across multiple business units. This role is designed for a finance professional who thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment and is capable of translating financial data into actionable business insights.

You will work closely with senior finance leadership, operations, and business teams to ensure accurate reporting, effective forecasting, and strong financial governance. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes across multiple business units and regions.
• Conduct detailed financial analysis, variance reporting, and performance tracking.
• Develop financial models to support business planning and strategic decision-making.
• Monitor key financial metrics, including revenue, expenses, margins, and cash flow.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support operational and financial planning initiatives.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance of financial data within ERP and reporting systems.
• Identify opportunities for cost optimization and efficiency improvements.
• Support internal and external audits and ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies.

Job Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; CPA or MBA preferred.
• 5–8+ years of experience in corporate finance, FP&A, or accounting roles.
• Strong experience in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Proficiency in Excel, financial systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite), and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI).
• Experience in technology, SaaS, or high-growth corporate environments preferred.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting standards and compliance frameworks.

• Compensation Package: $210,000 – $320,000 base + performance bonus
