The Director of Brand Marketing will serve as a key leader responsible for shaping and executing our global brand vision. This individual will drive brand positioning, creative direction, and integrated marketing campaigns that elevate brand perception and strengthen emotional connection with consumers.
You will collaborate with creative, digital, product, and regional teams to ensure a consistent and compelling brand narrative across all touchpoints. This is a high-impact leadership role with direct influence on brand equity, global visibility, and long-term growth.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Define and execute global brand strategy and positioning across all markets and channels.
- Lead development of integrated campaigns, including digital, social, experiential, and traditional media.
- Oversee brand storytelling, ensuring consistency in voice, identity, and visual expression.
- Collaborate with creative teams to deliver high-impact campaigns and content experiences.
- Drive brand awareness, engagement, and consumer loyalty metrics.
- Manage partnerships with influencers, agencies, and media partners.
- Leverage data and insights to refine campaign performance and audience targeting.
- Ensure alignment between brand strategy and product launches, seasonal campaigns, and collaborations.
- Monitor market trends and cultural movements to keep the brand relevant and competitive.
Job Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 10–15+ years of experience in brand marketing, preferably within luxury, fashion, or premium consumer brands.
- Proven track record of building and scaling globally recognized brands.
- Strong experience in integrated marketing campaigns and multi-channel brand strategy.
- Deep understanding of consumer behavior, cultural trends, and brand positioning.
- Experience working with creative agencies, media partners, and influencer networks.
- Familiarity with analytics tools and brand performance measurement frameworks.

Compensation & Benefits
- Compensation Package: $310,000 – $438,000 base + performance bonus + equity incentives
