The Director of Data Science will lead a high-performing team of data scientists, machine learning engineers, and analytics professionals responsible for developing and deploying advanced models, AI-driven products, and data solutions. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead and scale a global data science organization delivering machine learning models and advanced analytics solutions.
• Define and execute an AI and data science strategy aligned with business and product objectives.
• Oversee development of predictive models, recommendation systems, NLP solutions, and optimization algorithms.
• Collaborate with data engineering and platform teams to ensure scalable, production-ready data pipelines and ML systems.
• Drive adoption of best practices in model development, validation, deployment, and monitoring (MLOps).
• Translate complex business problems into data-driven solutions with measurable impact.
• Establish and track KPIs related to model performance, business impact, and operational efficiency.
• Mentor and develop a team of data scientists and analytics professionals.
• Ensure compliance with data governance, privacy, and ethical AI standards.

Job Qualifications and Requirements

• Master’s or PhD in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
• 10–15+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or advanced analytics roles, including leadership experience.
• Strong expertise in machine learning, statistical modeling, and data analysis techniques.
• Experience with programming languages such as Python, R, or Scala.
• Familiarity with big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Experience building and deploying production-grade machine learning systems.
• Strong understanding of data architecture, data pipelines, and analytics platforms.

Compensation & Benefits

• Compensation Package: $248,000 – $391,000 base + performance bonus + equity incentives
