Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Analyze operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and key performance metrics to support decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Product, Sales, and Customer Success, to optimize workflows and operational processes.
- Support strategic initiatives, including project planning, process standardization, and operational audits.
- Assist in the preparation of executive reports and presentations, providing actionable insights.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives and the implementation of operational best practices.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across operational systems, platforms, and reporting tools.
Job Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations Management, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in operations, business analysis, or a related function, preferably in technology, SaaS, or enterprise services.
- Strong proficiency with Excel, SQL, Tableau, or other analytics and reporting tools.
- Understanding of operational metrics, KPIs, and business performance analysis.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve operational objectives.

Working Conditions
- Full-time, hybrid position based in Chicago, IL.

Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $192,000 – $300,000 annually
