The Senior Brand Manager will play a critical role in shaping the strategic vision of our brands, driving marketing campaigns, and delivering measurable business results. This position requires a dynamic marketer with strong analytical skills, creative thinking, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, global environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement brand strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and growth across multiple channels.
- Oversee marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional initiatives to achieve commercial objectives.
- Conduct market research, consumer insights, and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with creative, digital, and sales teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment.
- Monitor brand performance metrics, including sales, market share, and ROI of marketing initiatives.
- Manage budgets, timelines, and resources for marketing programs effectively.
- Identify opportunities for innovation, brand expansion, and new product introductions.
- Present insights and recommendations to executive leadership to drive strategic decisions.
Job Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 7–10 years of experience in brand management, marketing strategy, or product marketing, preferably in CPG, FMCG, or luxury sectors.
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns with measurable business impact.
- Experience in market research, consumer insights, and digital marketing analytics.
- Strong understanding of brand positioning, product lifecycle management, and go-to-market strategies.
- Excellent project management skills and ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.

Compensation & Benefits
- Compensation Package: $250,000 – $385,000 (base salary + performance bonus + potential equity/incentives)
