The Chief People Officer will serve as a core member of the executive leadership team, responsible for architecting and executing a modern, data-driven human capital strategy that supports rapid growth, organizational scalability, and a high-performance culture. This role will lead all aspects of people and culture, including talent acquisition, leadership development, organizational design, total rewards, employee experience, and global HR operations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Define and execute a global people strategy aligned with business objectives, growth plans, and organizational priorities.
  • Lead all HR functions, including talent acquisition, talent management, learning & development, compensation & benefits, HR operations, and employee experience.
  • Design and implement organizational structures and workforce strategies to support rapid scaling across regions and functions.
  • Build a best-in-class talent acquisition engine, focused on attracting and retaining top-tier talent in AI, engineering, and enterprise technology domains.
  • Establish leadership development and succession planning frameworks to ensure long-term organizational strength.
  • Drive a high-performance culture through performance management systems, engagement strategies, and cultural initiatives.
  • Oversee global compensation and total rewards strategies, ensuring competitiveness in highly specialized talent markets.
  • Ensure compliance with global employment laws and regulations, managing risk and governance across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Leverage people analytics and data-driven insights to inform decision-making and optimize workforce performance.
  • Partner with executive leadership to support change management, transformation initiatives, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Lead diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, embedding inclusive practices across the organization.
  • Oversee HR technology platforms and digital transformation of people operations.

Job Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 15+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, including significant tenure in enterprise technology, AI, or high-growth global organizations.
  • Proven experience building and scaling global people functions in complex, matrixed environments.
  • Deep expertise in talent strategy, organizational design, leadership development, and total rewards.
  • Strong understanding of global employment laws, compliance requirements, and HR governance frameworks.
  • Experience leading HR in highly competitive talent markets, particularly in technology and engineering domains.
  • Demonstrated ability to partner with executive leadership and influence board-level decision-making.
  • Experience with modern HR technologies, systems, and analytics platforms.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Support M&A activities through organizational integration, cultural alignment, and talent retention strategies.
  • Enhance leadership effectiveness and organizational capability across all levels of the enterprise.

Working Conditions

  • Fully remote within the United States, with executive-level travel (15–25%) for global leadership meetings, board interactions, and strategic initiatives.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Compensation Package: $390,000 – $510,000 (base salary + executive bonus + significant equity participation)
