The Chief Administrative Officer will play a central role in orchestrating these critical functions into a cohesive, efficient, and scalable operating model, ensuring that the organization operates with discipline, agility, and alignment at a global level. This is a strategic leadership role requiring a highly experienced executive who can drive operational excellence, governance, and cross-functional integration in a complex, high-growth environment.

This is not a traditional administrative leadership role; it is a central enterprise orchestration mandate, critical to enabling scale, performance, and long-term organizational effectiveness.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Oversee and integrate core administrative functions, including Human Resources, Legal, Compliance, Procurement, Facilities, and Corporate Operations.
  • Drive enterprise-wide operational excellence initiatives, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and alignment across all functions.
  • Establish and maintain robust governance frameworks, policies, and internal controls across global operations.
  • Partner with executive leadership to align administrative functions with strategic business priorities and growth initiatives.
  • Lead organizational design and transformation efforts to support scaling operations and global expansion.
  • Oversee corporate risk management, compliance programs, and regulatory adherence across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Drive cost optimization and operational efficiency initiatives across administrative functions.
  • Manage enterprise vendor relationships and strategic partnerships related to corporate operations.
  • Support corporate communications and internal alignment initiatives to strengthen organizational culture and engagement.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration across departments to ensure seamless execution of enterprise initiatives.
  • Build and lead high-performing administrative leadership teams across global regions.

Job Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree strongly preferred.
  • 20+ years of executive leadership experience in operations, administration, or enterprise management roles.
  • Proven experience as a Chief Administrative Officer, Chief Operating Officer, or senior executive in large-scale organizations.
  • Strong experience managing multi-functional global operations across HR, legal, compliance, and corporate services.
  • Demonstrated success in leading organizational transformation and operational scaling initiatives.
  • Deep understanding of corporate governance, regulatory frameworks, and enterprise risk management.
  • Experience operating within high-growth, technology-driven, or global enterprise environments.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience in cost management and operational budgeting.
  • Exceptional leadership capability managing large, distributed teams.

  • Contribute to long-term strategic planning, including resource allocation and operational optimization.

Working Conditions

  • Fully remote within the United States with global leadership responsibilities.
  • Frequent collaboration with international teams and stakeholders.
  • Travel requirement of approximately 20–35% for leadership meetings and global operations.

Job Function

The Chief Administrative Officer serves as the central integrator of enterprise operations, responsible for aligning administrative functions with strategic objectives, ensuring operational efficiency, and enabling organizational scale. This role combines governance, operational leadership, and cross-functional execution into a unified executive mandate.


Compensation & Benefits

  • Compensation Package: $410,000 – $528,000 (base salary)
