As we enter a new phase of scale and capital deployment, we are seeking a Chief Financial Officer who will serve as a strategic architect of enterprise value creation, driving financial performance, capital strategy, and operational discipline across a complex, global organization. This role extends beyond traditional finance leadership, requiring deep engagement in corporate strategy, investment planning, M&A execution, and board-level governance.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of the company’s global financial strategy, aligning capital allocation with long-term growth objectives.
- Oversee all financial functions, including FP&A, controllership, treasury, tax, audit, investor relations, and risk management.
- Drive enterprise-wide financial planning, forecasting, and performance management frameworks.
- Manage capital structure, including debt financing, equity strategy, and liquidity planning.
- Provide strategic oversight of capital-intensive infrastructure investments, including data centers and AI compute platforms.
- Lead M&A strategy, including target evaluation, due diligence, transaction execution, and post-merger integration.
- Establish financial governance frameworks ensuring compliance with GAAP/IFRS, SOX, and global regulatory standards.
- Partner with the CEO and executive leadership team to drive profitability, margin expansion, and operational efficiency.
- Develop advanced financial analytics to support data-driven decision-making and business performance optimization.
- Serve as a key liaison to the Board of Directors, investors, and external stakeholders.
- Build and lead a world-class global finance organization, scaling capabilities in line with enterprise growth.
Job Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA and/or CPA strongly preferred.
- 20+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, including prior CFO, Deputy CFO, or senior finance executive roles.
- Proven experience in large-scale, capital-intensive, and high-growth organizations.
- Strong industry experience in cloud computing, AI infrastructure, enterprise SaaS, or digital platforms.
- Deep expertise in corporate finance, capital markets, and financial strategy execution.
- Demonstrated success in leading M&A transactions and complex financial integrations.
- Experience managing financial operations in a global, multi-entity environment.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks (SOX, GAAP, IFRS) and corporate governance.
- Exceptional leadership capability with experience managing large, distributed finance teams.

- Align financial strategy with innovation investments and long-term shareholder value creation.
Working Conditions
- Fully remote within the United States, with global executive oversight responsibilities.
- Frequent engagement with global teams across multiple time zones.

Job Function

- Compensation Package: $440,000 – $555,000 (base salary)
