We are seeking a Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead global marketing strategy and execution. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, the CMO will oversee all aspects of marketing, including brand strategy, product marketing, demand generation, digital marketing, customer experience, and global communications.
This executive will play a pivotal role in defining how our brand is positioned globally, how customers engage with our ecosystem, and how marketing drives sustainable growth and market leadership.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Develop and execute a comprehensive global marketing strategy aligned with corporate growth objectives, product innovation, and market expansion.
• Lead and integrate all marketing functions, including brand, product marketing, demand generation, digital marketing, performance marketing, and customer experience.
• Drive global brand positioning and differentiation in highly competitive consumer technology markets.
• Oversee execution of large-scale, multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, retail, partner, and experiential channels.
• Lead customer acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies across consumer and enterprise segments.
• Partner with product and engineering teams to define go-to-market strategies and product positioning.
• Utilize advanced analytics, AI-driven insights, and marketing technologies to optimize campaign performance and customer targeting.
• Manage global marketing budgets, resource allocation, and investment strategies to maximize ROI.
• Build and scale a high-performing global marketing organization across regions and functions.
• Drive thought leadership and brand authority through content strategy, partnerships, and executive visibility.
• Collaborate with sales and commercial teams to align marketing initiatives with revenue growth and pipeline development.
• Establish and track KPIs related to brand equity, customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue impact.
• Provide executive-level reporting and strategic insights to the CEO and board of directors.
Job Qualifications and Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred.
• 20+ years of progressive leadership experience in marketing within consumer technology, digital platforms, or global brands.
• Proven track record of building and scaling global marketing organizations and driving significant revenue growth.
• Deep expertise in brand strategy, digital marketing, customer experience, and go-to-market execution.
• Experience launching and scaling consumer technology products and digital ecosystems.
• Strong understanding of data-driven marketing, AI-powered analytics, and marketing technology platforms.
• Experience managing large global budgets and multi-regional teams.
• Demonstrated ability to influence executive leadership and board-level decision-making.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to align marketing strategy with business outcomes.

Compensation & Benefits
Total Compensation Package: $420,000 – $570,000
