We are seeking a Marketing Operations Manager who can bring both technical depth and strategic thinking to help scale our global marketing infrastructure.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and optimize marketing operations frameworks to support global demand generation and revenue growth initiatives

  • Manage and enhance marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot) and CRM integrations (e.g., Salesforce)

  • Oversee campaign execution workflows, ensuring accuracy, scalability, and alignment with go-to-market strategies

  • Develop and maintain lead management processes, including lead scoring, routing, and lifecycle optimization

  • Partner with marketing and sales teams to ensure seamless alignment across pipeline generation and conversion activities

  • Build and manage dashboards and reporting frameworks to track campaign performance, attribution, and ROI

  • Analyze marketing data to identify trends, optimize performance, and support data-driven decision-making

  • Support account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives through segmentation, targeting, and performance tracking

  • Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance across marketing systems and platforms

  • Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and scalability

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product launches, campaign rollouts, and strategic initiatives

  • Manage relationships with external vendors, technology partners, and marketing tools providers


Job Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or related field

  • 6–10+ years of experience in marketing operations, revenue operations, or related roles within B2B environments

  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot, etc.)

  • Strong proficiency with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce

  • Experience with data analytics, reporting tools, and visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)

  • Deep understanding of lead lifecycle management, campaign execution, and attribution modeling

  • Familiarity with account-based marketing (ABM) strategies and tools

  • Experience working in SaaS, technology, or digital transformation environments preferred

  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to manage integrations and marketing tech stacks

Compensation & Benefits

  • Compensation Package: $118,000 – $280,000 (base salary aligned with experience, technical expertise, and scope)
