This role will partner closely with the CFO, CEO, and board stakeholders to guide financial decision-making across a complex, global business. The ideal candidate will bring a strong combination of corporate finance expertise, capital markets understanding, and operational finance leadership capable of navigating high-growth environments with precision and foresight.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead global financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes across multiple business units and geographies

• Drive enterprise-wide financial strategy, aligning capital allocation with long-term growth, infrastructure expansion, and product innovation

• Oversee financial modeling for large-scale capital investments, including data center expansion, AI infrastructure deployment, and strategic partnerships

• Partner with executive leadership to support corporate strategy, including market expansion, pricing strategy, and revenue optimization

• Manage corporate finance functions, including treasury, liquidity planning, and capital structure optimization

• Oversee financial reporting, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and alignment with regulatory standards and investor expectations

• Lead financial performance analysis, providing insights into profitability, cost efficiency, and operational scalability

• Support investor relations initiatives, including the preparation of financial materials, earnings narratives, and stakeholder communications

• Strengthen internal controls, governance frameworks, and risk management processes

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, product, and sales, to drive financial alignment across the organization

• Evaluate M&A opportunities, including financial due diligence, valuation, and integration planning

• Build and lead high-performing finance teams across regions

Job Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA, CPA, or CFA strongly preferred)

• 15+ years of progressive experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or financial leadership roles

• Proven experience in capital-intensive industries such as technology infrastructure, cloud computing, or large-scale enterprise platforms

• Strong expertise in financial modeling, capital allocation, and strategic planning

• Experience working in high-growth, global organizations with complex operational structures

• Deep understanding of financial reporting standards, regulatory compliance, and governance frameworks

• Experience supporting investor relations and board-level financial communications

• Strong knowledge of capital markets, debt financing, and equity structures

• Advanced proficiency in financial systems, analytics tools, and ERP platforms

• Demonstrated ability to lead and scale finance organizations

• Contribute to board-level discussions on financial performance, risk, and strategic direction

• Support corporate development activities, including mergers, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships

Compensation & Benefits

• Compensation Package: $368,000 – $470,000 (base salary aligned with executive scope and organizational impact)
