We are seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide advanced technical support across enterprise systems, ensuring that all technology services operate efficiently and securely. This role will work closely with infrastructure teams, cybersecurity professionals, and business users to resolve technical issues, implement solutions, and enhance overall IT service delivery.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide first- and second-level technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues across enterprise systems.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to workstations, laptops, mobile devices, and enterprise applications.

• Support users in high-demand environments, including trading floors, executive teams, and operational departments.

• Manage and resolve service requests and incidents through IT service management (ITSM) systems.

• Assist with deployment, configuration, and maintenance of end-user systems and IT infrastructure.

• Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential issues affecting system availability and performance.

• Collaborate with infrastructure and cybersecurity teams to ensure secure and compliant IT operations.

• Provide support for cloud-based platforms, collaboration tools, and enterprise software applications.

• Maintain accurate documentation of technical issues, solutions, and system configurations.

• Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes, including user account setup and access management.

• Support IT projects related to system upgrades, migrations, and technology rollouts.

• Deliver high-quality customer service, ensuring a positive end-user experience.


Job Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).

• 5–8+ years of experience in IT support, helpdesk operations, or technical support roles within enterprise environments.

• Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and mobile operating systems.

• Experience with Active Directory, Office 365, and enterprise collaboration tools.

• Familiarity with networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, VPN, DNS, etc.).

• Experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, or similar platforms.

• Understanding of cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is a plus.

• Basic knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and data protection protocols.

• Experience supporting high-performance or regulated environments (e.g., financial services) preferred.

• Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft Certified) are advantageous.

Compensation & Benefits

Total Compensation Package: $138,000 – $229,000
