To support continued expansion and transformation, we are seeking a Senior Vice President, Operations, to lead global operations across multiple business units and geographies. This executive will be responsible for driving operational performance, ensuring safety and compliance, optimizing cost structures, and delivering world-class service across a diverse portfolio of assets and operations.

Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, the SVP will play a critical role in shaping the organization’s operational strategy, leading large global teams, and driving initiatives that enhance efficiency, sustainability, and long-term performance.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee global operations across infrastructure, energy systems, and industrial services, ensuring consistent performance and reliability.

• Develop and execute enterprise-wide operational strategies aligned with growth, sustainability, and efficiency objectives.

• Drive operational excellence through the implementation of lean methodologies, digital transformation, and performance optimization programs.

• Oversee large-scale asset management, including energy facilities, infrastructure networks, and industrial operations.

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and industry-specific compliance frameworks.

• Lead initiatives focused on cost optimization, productivity improvement, and operational scalability.

• Implement advanced technologies including predictive maintenance, IoT-enabled monitoring, and AI-driven analytics.

• Manage cross-functional collaboration between operations, engineering, supply chain, and commercial teams.

• Oversee operational risk management, contingency planning, and business continuity strategies.

• Drive performance management using KPIs related to uptime, efficiency, safety, and financial performance.

• Lead and develop large, geographically dispersed teams, including regional operations leaders and plant managers.

• Support expansion into new markets through operational readiness and infrastructure deployment strategies.

• Provide executive-level reporting on operational performance to the CEO, board, and executive leadership team.


Job Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.

• MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred.

• 20+ years of progressive leadership experience in operations, infrastructure management, or industrial services.

• Proven experience managing large-scale global operations across multiple regions and business units.

• Strong expertise in energy systems, industrial operations, or infrastructure management.

• Experience implementing digital transformation initiatives and advanced operational technologies.

• Deep understanding of regulatory compliance, safety standards, and environmental requirements.

• Demonstrated success in leading large teams and driving measurable operational improvements.

• Strong financial acumen with experience managing multi-billion-dollar operational budgets.

• Experience working with executive leadership and presenting to board-level stakeholders.

Compensation & Benefits

Total Compensation Package: $348,000 – $489,000
