To lead this transformation, we are seeking a Director of Operations who will oversee multi-site manufacturing operations, drive continuous improvement, and ensure operational excellence across a complex global production network.
This role requires a highly experienced operations leader capable of managing large teams, optimizing production systems, and aligning operational strategy with long-term business objectives.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Lead and oversee end-to-end operations across multiple manufacturing facilities, ensuring consistent performance and efficiency.
• Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with production goals, business growth, and customer requirements.
• Drive implementation of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Oversee production planning, capacity management, and resource allocation across global facilities.
• Ensure high standards of quality control, compliance, and operational safety.
• Implement advanced automation and smart manufacturing technologies to enhance productivity.
• Monitor key operational KPIs, including throughput, cost efficiency, defect rates, and on-time delivery performance.
• Collaborate with supply chain and procurement teams to ensure seamless material flow and inventory optimization.
• Lead cost optimization initiatives and manage operational budgets and capital investments.
• Develop and mentor plant managers and operations teams across multiple regions.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration between engineering, quality, supply chain, and commercial teams.
• Oversee risk management and contingency planning to ensure business continuity and operational resilience.
• Provide executive-level reporting on operational performance and strategic initiatives.
Job Qualifications and Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred.
• 12–18+ years of progressive experience in operations, manufacturing leadership, or industrial management.
• Proven experience managing multi-site manufacturing operations within global industrial or production environments.
• Strong expertise in lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and operational excellence methodologies.
• Experience implementing automation, robotics, and digital manufacturing solutions.
• Strong understanding of supply chain integration and production planning systems.
• Demonstrated ability to lead large teams and drive measurable operational improvements.
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and cost optimization initiatives.
• Experience working in highly regulated or quality-driven manufacturing environments.

Compensation & Benefits
Total Compensation Package: $298,000 – $399,000
