We are seeking a Director of Product Marketing to lead global product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies across our enterprise platform portfolio. This role sits at the intersection of product, sales, and marketing, ensuring alignment between product innovation and market demand while driving revenue growth and customer engagement.

The Director will work closely with product management, sales leadership, and executive stakeholders to define how our solutions are positioned in the market, how they are launched, and how they drive measurable business outcomes for our customers.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of global product marketing strategies across AI, SaaS, and enterprise platform solutions.

• Define and refine product positioning, messaging frameworks, and value propositions for target industries and customer segments.

• Drive go-to-market (GTM) strategies, including product launches, market entry initiatives, and lifecycle marketing programs.

• Partner with product management to translate technical capabilities into customer-focused narratives and business value.

• Collaborate with sales teams to develop sales enablement tools, playbooks, and competitive positioning strategies.

• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and growth opportunities.

• Lead content strategy for product marketing, including thought leadership, case studies, whitepapers, and digital campaigns.

• Develop pricing and packaging strategies aligned with market demand and revenue objectives.

• Support demand generation initiatives by aligning product messaging with campaign execution and pipeline development.

• Measure and optimize product marketing performance using data-driven insights and KPIs.

• Oversee global product marketing teams across multiple regions and ensure alignment with corporate strategy.

• Partner with leadership to influence product roadmap decisions based on market feedback and customer insights.


Job Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Technology, or related field.

• MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred.

• 12–18+ years of experience in product marketing, go-to-market strategy, or enterprise marketing roles.

• Proven experience in SaaS, AI platforms, enterprise software, or data-driven technology environments.

• Strong track record of launching and scaling enterprise technology products in global markets.

• Experience working closely with product management, sales, and executive leadership teams.

• Deep understanding of B2B marketing, customer segmentation, and enterprise buying cycles.

• Strong analytical skills with experience in market research, competitive analysis, and performance measurement.

• Experience managing global teams and multi-regional product marketing initiatives.

• Familiarity with marketing automation tools, CRM platforms, and analytics solutions.

Compensation & Benefits

Total Compensation Package: $320,000 – $415,000
