About the Role

We are seeking a visionary and transformative Chief Digital Officer (CDO) to lead enterprise-wide digital innovation and technology-driven customer engagement for a rapidly expanding global e-commerce and digital consumer platform organization. This executive leadership role will be responsible for designing and executing a comprehensive digital transformation strategy that enhances customer experiences, modernizes digital infrastructure, and unlocks new growth opportunities through emerging technologies.

The Chief Digital Officer will serve as a key member of the executive leadership team, working closely with the Chief Executive Officer, Chief Technology Officer, Chief Marketing Officer, and Chief Data Officer to shape the company’s long-term digital strategy. As consumer behavior increasingly shifts toward digital-first experiences, the CDO will lead initiatives that redefine how the organization interacts with customers across digital commerce channels, mobile platforms, and intelligent digital ecosystems.

This role will oversee global digital operations, including e-commerce platform development, digital customer experience strategy, data-driven marketing technologies, digital product innovation, and omnichannel commerce initiatives. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Job Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Digital Technology, Business Administration, or related discipline.

• MBA or advanced degree in digital innovation, technology management, or business strategy strongly preferred.

18–20+ years of progressive leadership experience in digital transformation, technology innovation, or digital product development.

• Minimum 10+ years in executive leadership roles managing large digital organizations or platform ecosystems.

• Demonstrated success leading enterprise digital transformation initiatives within large global organizations.

• Strong expertise in e-commerce platforms, digital product development, and customer experience technologies.

• Experience implementing advanced analytics platforms, AI-driven personalization systems, and digital engagement technologies.

• Proven ability to build and manage high-performing digital product and engineering teams.

Compensation & Benefits

Total Compensation Package: $380,000 – $495,000
