Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Lead the preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP and IFRS reporting standards.
• Oversee the development and coordination of SEC filings, regulatory reports, and financial disclosures required for corporate and regulatory compliance.
• Ensure financial reports accurately reflect operational performance, capital structure, and investment activities.
• Manage the financial reporting calendar to ensure timely delivery of all required financial documentation and reporting submissions.
• Coordinate closely with accounting, tax, treasury, and investor relations teams to ensure alignment across financial reporting activities.
• Maintain and strengthen internal financial controls that support financial statement accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Support executive leadership with detailed financial reporting insights that guide strategic decision-making.
• Lead financial analysis and reporting initiatives that improve visibility into financial performance across business units.
• Oversee consolidation processes for multiple entities and international subsidiaries.
• Manage relationships with external auditors to support annual audits and financial statement reviews.

Job Qualifications and Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
• CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or equivalent professional accounting certification strongly preferred.
• 7–10+ years of progressive experience in financial reporting, corporate accounting, or financial analysis.
• Experience working within public companies, financial institutions, investment firms, or large corporate finance environments.
• Deep expertise in GAAP, IFRS, SEC reporting requirements, and financial statement preparation.
• Experience managing financial consolidations across multiple entities and global operations.
• Strong familiarity with financial reporting systems, ERP platforms, and financial data management tools.
• Experience supporting financial audits and interacting with external auditors and regulatory agencies.
• Advanced financial analysis capabilities and strong attention to detail in financial reporting accuracy.
