We are seeking a highly analytical and strategically minded Senior Finance Manager to lead financial planning initiatives, support executive decision-making, and strengthen financial performance across the enterprise.
This role goes beyond traditional accounting functions and focuses on driving strategic financial insight that enables enterprise growth and operational excellence.
Job Function
The Senior Finance Manager will lead financial planning and analysis activities across multiple business units, providing executive leadership with actionable insights related to financial performance, revenue growth, operational efficiency, and long-term investment strategy.
This role ensures that financial operations align with corporate growth objectives and strategic initiatives.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Lead enterprise financial planning and analysis (FP&A) processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.

Develop detailed financial models supporting product investments, market expansion initiatives, and operational improvements.

Monitor financial performance across business units and provide strategic insights to executive leadership.

Build and maintain forecasting frameworks for revenue growth, cost management, and profitability analysis.

Partner with product, operations, and sales leadership to align financial planning with strategic business goals.

Prepare executive-level financial reports and performance dashboards used in leadership decision-making.

Support long-term capital allocation strategies and technology investment planning.

Analyze financial performance metrics, including revenue growth, operating margins, and cost structures.

Lead financial analysis related to pricing strategies, product profitability, and market expansion opportunities.

Strengthen financial governance frameworks, ensuring accurate reporting and regulatory compliance.

Assist with the preparation of financial materials for Board meetings and executive strategy sessions.

Strategic Support

Advise the Vice President of Finance on financial strategy and long-term business planning initiatives.

Contribute to enterprise digital transformation initiatives by aligning financial planning with technology investments.

Assist with mergers and acquisitions analysis, including financial modeling and due diligence.

Job Qualifications and Requirements

12+ years of progressive experience in corporate finance, financial planning, or strategic finance roles.

Experience within enterprise SaaS, technology platforms, cloud infrastructure, or high-growth digital organizations preferred.

Strong expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and performance analytics.

Experience supporting executive leadership with strategic financial insights and decision support.

Strong understanding of revenue modeling within subscription-based or technology-driven businesses.

Bachelor’s degree required in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline; MBA, CPA, or CFA strongly preferred.

Compensation & Benefits
Total Compensation Package: $265,000 – $360,000 USD
