Job Description

About the Organization

We are a U.S.-headquartered global semiconductor and advanced microelectronics manufacturing enterprise supporting AI processors, high-performance computing systems, automotive-grade chipsets, aerospace electronics, and next-generation communications infrastructure.

Operating in one of the most geopolitically sensitive and capital-intensive industries in the world, our supply chain spans wafer fabrication partners, rare earth material providers, advanced packaging facilities, specialty equipment manufacturers, and secure global logistics networks.

With multi-billion-dollar capital investments, expanding domestic fabrication facilities, and increasing federal regulatory alignment, a resilient global supply chain architecture is foundational to production continuity, cost discipline, and technological leadership.

As market volatility, material scarcity, and international trade complexities continue to shape semiconductor markets, we are seeking a visionary VP, Global Supply Chain to lead end-to-end global sourcing strategy, supplier risk governance, international logistics optimization, and multi-tier resilience programs, fully remote within the United States.

This is not a procurement oversight role. This is a mission-critical global supply governance mandate at enterprise scale.

Job Function

The VP, Global Supply Chain, will architect and oversee global procurement, international supplier networks, integrated business planning (IBP), geopolitical risk mitigation, inventory optimization, and advanced analytics-driven supply visibility across a multi-continent semiconductor ecosystem.

This executive ensures supply continuity, cost efficiency, compliance alignment, and production predictability across global manufacturing operations.

  • Guide digital transformation initiatives in predictive supply chain analytics

  • Deep expertise in international trade compliance and export regulations

  • Demonstrated success in mitigating geopolitical and material supply risks

  • Experience overseeing multi-billion-dollar global procurement budgets

  • Strong financial acumen and capital allocation discipline

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced engineering degree preferred

Personal Capabilities and Qualifications

  • Strategic and systems-oriented global operations leader

  • Executive presence with Board-level communication capability

  • High accountability for enterprise supply continuity and cost governance

  • Data-driven and risk-aware decision-maker

  • Strong negotiation and alliance-building expertise

  • Resilience in volatile international markets

  • Governance-focused and performance-oriented mindset

  • Ability to lead large, distributed international teams effectively
