Job Description
About the Organization
We are a U.S.-based global healthcare and life sciences enterprise operating an integrated network of specialty care platforms, digital health systems, advanced diagnostics, biopharma services, and AI-enabled clinical analytics solutions.
Our organization manages large-scale patient data ecosystems, regulated clinical systems, enterprise ERP platforms, research data environments, and secure cloud-based collaboration infrastructure. With HIPAA-regulated environments, complex reimbursement systems, and multi-state operational expansion, enterprise information governance and digital transformation are central to sustained growth.
As we scale nationally and modernize our technology ecosystem, we are investing in secure cloud architecture, AI-enabled healthcare analytics, cybersecurity resilience, enterprise data governance, and operational systems integration.
We are seeking a visionary Chief Information Officer to define and execute enterprise-wide information strategy, infrastructure modernization, cybersecurity governance, and digital innovation frameworks, fully remote within the United States.
This is not an IT operations oversight role. This is a transformational enterprise information leadership mandate.
