About the Role

At enterprise scale, digital marketing is no longer a collection of channels; it is a tightly integrated growth system that connects customer insight, technology, and revenue strategy. We are seeking a Director of Digital Marketing to architect and lead digital growth across a global, technology-driven organization operating in multiple markets, regions, and customer segments.

This role is designed for a senior marketing leader who understands how to turn data into demand and platforms into performance. You will own the digital ecosystem end-to-end, including paid media, owned and earned digital channels, lifecycle marketing, marketing technology, analytics, and conversion optimization. Your mandate is to ensure digital investments are measurable, scalable, and directly aligned to enterprise growth objectives.

Working closely with Product, Sales, Brand, Data, and Executive Leadership, the Director of Digital Marketing will modernize how digital demand is generated, nurtured, and converted. You will lead the evolution of digital marketing through AI-enabled optimization, advanced attribution models, experimentation frameworks, and real-time performance analytics.

This is not a campaign execution role. It is an opportunity to build digital marketing as a core enterprise capability, one that drives a predictable pipeline, customer acquisition, and lifetime value at scale.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead enterprise digital marketing strategy across acquisition, engagement, and conversion channels.

  • Own paid media, SEO/SEM, programmatic, lifecycle marketing, and conversion optimization initiatives.

  • Build and manage data-driven growth models aligned to revenue, pipeline, and customer lifetime value.

  • Oversee marketing technology stack, including automation, personalization, analytics, and attribution platforms.

  • Partner with Product and Sales to align digital demand generation with go-to-market priorities.

  • Drive experimentation, A/B testing, and continuous optimization across digital channels.

  • Establish KPIs, dashboards, and reporting frameworks to track ROI, CAC, LTV, and funnel performance.

  • Lead global agencies, vendors, and partners with strong performance accountability.

  • Scale digital programs globally while maintaining governance, consistency, and regional relevance.

  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing digital marketing organization.


Job Qualifications and Requirements

  • 10–15+ years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or performance marketing leadership.

  • Proven success scaling digital acquisition and lifecycle programs within large, complex organizations.

  • Deep expertise in paid media, SEO, marketing automation, analytics, and attribution modeling.

  • Experience operating within enterprise martech ecosystems and data-driven environments.

  • Strong understanding of customer journeys, funnel optimization, and demand generation strategy.

  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and align cross-functional teams.

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: $230,000 – $340,000
