Job Description
About the Role
At enterprise scale, product management is the discipline that connects vision to value. We are seeking a Director of Product Management to lead a portfolio of mission-critical products that power a global, technology-driven organization operating across multiple markets, customer segments, and platforms.
This role is built for a senior product leader who can set direction, drive alignment, and deliver outcomes in complex environments. You will own product strategy and execution across a suite of platforms, balancing customer needs, technical feasibility, and commercial impact while building the operating model that enables teams to execute with clarity and speed.
As Director of Product Management, you will lead a team of product managers responsible for platform-level capabilities, customer-facing experiences, and internal products that support scale and efficiency. You will work closely with Engineering, Design, Data, Sales, Marketing, and Executive Leadership to ensure product decisions are grounded in evidence and aligned with enterprise priorities.
This is not a roadmap-maintenance role. It is a mandate to build product management as a strategic enterprise capability, one that drives growth, improves customer outcomes, and creates a durable competitive advantage.
