Job Description
About the Role
In today’s enterprise environment, learning is no longer a support function; it is a core strategic capability that determines how fast an organization can adapt, innovate, and compete. We are seeking a Chief Learning Officer (CLO) to define and lead the global learning, capability, and leadership development agenda for a large, technology-driven enterprise operating at scale.
This role is designed for a senior executive who understands how to connect business strategy, workforce capability, and performance outcomes. The CLO will own the enterprise learning strategy across leadership development, future-skills transformation, digital capability building, succession readiness, and organizational effectiveness. You will ensure learning is tightly aligned with strategic priorities such as AI adoption, digital transformation, operational excellence, and global growth.
As a member of the executive leadership team, the Chief Learning Officer will shift learning from program delivery to capability enablement using data, analytics, and modern learning platforms to drive measurable impact on performance, productivity, and leadership readiness. Partnering closely with the CEO, CHRO, and business leaders, you will embed learning into how the enterprise evolves and scales.
This is not a training leadership role. It is a mandate to build learning as a competitive advantage, ensuring the organization has the skills, leaders, and culture required to succeed over the next decade.
