Job Description
About the Role
In a world of real-time media, heightened scrutiny, and rapidly evolving narratives, public relations at enterprise scale is a strategic leadership function, not a reactive communications role. We are seeking a Director of Public Relations to shape, protect, and elevate the reputation of a global, technology-driven enterprise operating at the intersection of innovation, data, and digital transformation.
This role is designed for a senior communications leader who understands how to build narrative advantage, manage complex stakeholder environments, and operate confidently under visibility and pressure. The Director of Public Relations will own corporate PR strategy across earned media, executive visibility, issues management, and crisis communications, ensuring the company’s story is credible, consistent, and aligned with business strategy.
Working closely with the C-suite, Legal, Investor Relations, Government Affairs, and Marketing, you will define how the enterprise shows up in the market, how leaders communicate, and how trust is maintained during moments of growth, disruption, or scrutiny. This role requires both strategic foresight and hands-on leadership, anticipating reputational risk while proactively shaping perception.
This is not a press-release role. It is a mandate to position the organization as a trusted, authoritative voice in its industry and to ensure reputation is managed with the same rigor as financial or operational performance.
