Job Description
About the Role
In large, complex enterprises, operational excellence is no longer about efficiency alone; it is about strategy, scalability, resilience, and speed of execution. We are seeking a Chief Operations Strategy Officer (COSO) to architect and lead the evolution of the company’s global operating model, ensuring that strategy is translated into durable, measurable operational performance.
This role is designed for a senior executive who sits above day-to-day operations, focusing instead on how the enterprise operates as a system. The COSO will own the design, optimization, and continuous evolution of operating models across functions, regions, and platform,s aligning people, process, technology, and capital to enterprise priorities.
Partnering closely with the CEO, COO, CFO, CIO, and Board, the Chief Operations Strategy Officer will define how the organization scales, where it invests, and how it drives productivity, margin expansion, and customer outcomes. This includes leading enterprise initiatives across operating-model redesign, AI-enabled operations, performance management, cost structure optimization, and execution governance.
This is not a traditional operations role. It is a strategic command center position, responsible for shaping how the enterprise runs today and how it must run tomorrow to compete globally.
