About the Role

We are seeking a Chief Program Officer (CPO) to own and orchestrate the company’s most critical, enterprise-wide programs, those that directly shape growth, transformation, customer experience, and operational performance.
This role is designed for a senior executive who has successfully led complex, multi-year, cross-functional programs at scale, translating executive vision into disciplined execution. The Chief Program Officer will serve as the central integrator between strategy and delivery, ensuring that initiatives spanning technology modernization, AI adoption, operating-model redesign, customer experience transformation, and global scaling are executed with rigor, transparency, and measurable impact.
Operating as a trusted advisor to the CEO and executive leadership team, the CPO will build and lead enterprise program governance, prioritize investments, manage interdependencies, and ensure accountability across the organization. This leader will not simply manage programs; they will institutionalize execution excellence as a core enterprise capability.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Own the enterprise program portfolio, overseeing all strategic, cross-functional, and transformation initiatives.

Design and implement enterprise-wide program governance, operating rhythms, and execution frameworks.

Translate corporate strategy into integrated program roadmaps, milestones, and value realization plans.

Lead executive steering committees and provide clear, data-driven updates on progress, risks, and outcomes.

Manage interdependencies across Product, Technology, Operations, Finance, HR, and Commercial teams.

Establish performance metrics and dashboards to track delivery, benefits realization, and organizational impact.

Identify risks, capacity constraints, and execution gaps; implement mitigation and recovery strategies.

Ensure disciplined change management and adoption across all major initiatives.

Optimize resource allocation and sequencing to balance speed, quality, and enterprise priorities.

Build, lead, and scale a world-class program management organization.
Job Qualifications and Requirements

15+ years of experience leading large-scale programs, PMOs, or enterprise transformations.

Proven success operating at the executive level within complex, global organizations.

Deep experience with enterprise program governance, Agile-at-scale, and value-based execution models.

Strong understanding of digital transformation, AI-enabled initiatives, and operating-model redesign.

Exceptional stakeholder management skills with experience advising CEOs and executive leadership teams.

Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, forecasts, and benefits realization.

Demonstrated ability to drive alignment across diverse, matrixed organizations.
