Job Description
About the Role
Modern supply chains are no longer judged solely by cost; they are measured by speed, reliability, scalability, and resilience. We are seeking a Supply Chain Operations Manager to lead day-to-day operational execution across a complex, high-volume supply chain environment supporting manufacturing, distribution, and customer fulfillment at scale.
This role sits at the intersection of planning and execution. You will be responsible for ensuring that materials, inventory, production schedules, and logistics operations move seamlessly across multiple facilities, suppliers, and distribution nodes. Working closely with Planning, Procurement, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Finance, you will translate strategy into disciplined operational execution.
The Supply Chain Operations Manager will own operational rhythm, ensuring forecast alignment, inventory availability, service-level performance, and continuous improvement across the network. This is a hands-on leadership role designed for a supply chain professional who thrives in complexity, understands how systems and people interact, and knows how to drive performance in fast-moving environments.
You will play a critical role in strengthening operational resilience, improving throughput, reducing variability, and supporting growth—while maintaining tight control over cost, quality, and delivery commitments.
