About the Role

The Senior Director of Program Management is a critical enterprise leadership role responsible for orchestrating complex, multi-year, multi-portfolio programs that directly support corporate growth, technology transformation, and operational excellence. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, execution, and governance, ensuring that the company’s most critical initiatives are delivered with precision, speed, and measurable business impact.

Operating as a trusted partner to executive leadership, the Senior Director will oversee a portfolio of high-visibility programs spanning product development, platform modernization, M&A integration, customer experience, and enterprise operations. The ideal candidate brings deep experience managing large-scale, cross-functional programs within global technology environments and has the executive presence to influence at the C-suite level.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead and govern a portfolio of enterprise-level programs with budgets, timelines, and scope spanning multiple business units

  • Establish program management frameworks, governance models, and performance metrics aligned with corporate strategy

  • Drive end-to-end execution of strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment across product, engineering, operations, finance, and commercial teams

  • Partner with executive stakeholders to translate strategic objectives into actionable, measurable program roadmaps

  • Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks, dependencies, and resource constraints across the enterprise

  • Oversee and mentor Directors, Program Managers, and PMO leaders, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence

  • Ensure consistent communication of program status, risks, and outcomes to senior leadership and board-level stakeholders

  • Continuously optimize program delivery methodologies, tooling, and best practices to support scale and speed


Job Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred)

  • 12+ years of progressive experience in program, portfolio, or transformation management within large-scale organizations

  • Demonstrated success leading enterprise technology, digital transformation, or platform modernization programs

  • Deep understanding of program governance, financial management, and enterprise delivery models

  • Proven experience managing senior leaders and influencing executive decision-making

  • Strong background in Agile, hybrid, and traditional delivery methodologies

  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to synthesize complexity into executive-level insights

Compensation & Benefits

Total Compensation Package: $299,000 – $380,000 USD annually

This package may include:
