As we continue to expand our footprint in AI-enabled services, cloud infrastructure, and next-generation digital platforms, we are seeking a Strategic Operations Manager to serve as a central force behind execution, alignment, and operational excellence.

This role sits at the intersection of strategy, execution, and leadership. You will work closely with senior executives, business unit leaders, and cross-functional teams to translate strategic priorities into scalable operating models. This position is ideal for a leader who thrives in complexity, drives clarity from ambiguity, and understands how to operate within a large, fast-moving organization while maintaining precision and accountability.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Partner with executive leadership to operationalize long-term strategic initiatives across technology, product, and enterprise functions

  • Design, implement, and continuously refine operating frameworks that support growth, scalability, and efficiency

  • Lead cross-functional initiatives involving engineering, finance, legal, compliance, and commercial teams

  • Drive enterprise-wide planning cycles, including annual operating plans, OKRs, and performance reviews

  • Identify operational risks, dependencies, and inefficiencies; develop mitigation strategies and corrective actions

  • Establish governance models, decision-making frameworks, and performance dashboards for senior leadership

  • Oversee execution of high-impact programs from concept through delivery, ensuring alignment with corporate priorities

  • Provide data-driven insights and executive-level reporting to inform strategic decisions


Job Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in strategy, operations, consulting, or large-scale program leadership

  • Demonstrated experience operating within a large, complex, global organization

  • Strong understanding of technology-driven businesses, digital platforms, or infrastructure-based services

  • Proven ability to lead enterprise initiatives with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities

  • Exceptional analytical, organizational, and execution capabilities

  • Champion continuous improvement and operational maturity across the organization


Working Conditions

Compensation & Benefits

Total Compensation Package: $234,000 – $318,000
