About the Role

The Executive Director of Operations is a critical enterprise leadership role responsible for shaping, scaling, and optimizing operational excellence across a rapidly expanding global technology organization. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, execution, and transformation, ensuring that complex operational systems, global teams, and high-growth initiatives operate with precision, resilience, and scalability.

As a senior operational leader, you will oversee multi-region operations supporting advanced technology platforms, AI-driven services, and large-scale infrastructure. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee global operations across multiple business units, regions, and functions.

  • Design and execute operational strategies that support rapid growth, scalability, and long-term sustainability.

  • Establish enterprise-level operating models, governance frameworks, and performance metrics.

  • Drive operational efficiency through process optimization, automation, and data-driven decision-making.

  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, resource allocation, and cost-optimization initiatives.

  • Identify operational risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure business continuity and compliance.

  • Partner with executive leadership to support product launches, platform expansions, and strategic initiatives.

  • Build, mentor, and lead senior operational leaders and cross-functional teams.


Job Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or related discipline; MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred.

  • 12+ years of progressive leadership experience in operations within large-scale technology, infrastructure, or platform-based organizations.

  • Demonstrated success leading complex, global operations with multi-layered teams and stakeholders.

  • Strong expertise in operational governance, process design, and enterprise performance management.

  • Proven experience managing large budgets, vendor relationships, and cross-functional dependencies.

  • Collaborate with Strategy, Finance, Engineering, and Product leaders to align execution with long-term business goals.

  • Contribute to mergers, acquisitions, and integration efforts from an operational standpoint.


Working Conditions

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary range: $318,000 – $405,000, commensurate with experience and location
